The iPhone V I bought on January 11 2011 from your apple store in Times Square has proved defective after only one month of use. And the staff Dennis Yip was rude while I was making complaints.
The image is usually distorted. There are bugs in the programme. I have gone to the repair centre for 10 times, but the staff there cannot inspect the error and pretend that is only my claim. I have used iPhone IV for several years and have always been satisfied with their quality. That is why I am particularly shocked at the quality of my iPhone V.
Since the iPhone I bought was defective, I certainly hope you will offer me a new iPhone VI. And I demand for apology from the staff member Dennis Yip.
